Great Maytham Hall

A collection of 5 Mews Houses set in the beautiful grounds of Great Maytham Hall, which inspired the children’s novel the Secret Garden.

The pretty village of Rolvenden is approximately half a mile away and a further two and a half miles is the ‘Jewel of the Weald’ town of Tenterden. Here, there is a Waitrose and extensive high street with an eclectic mix of boutique and up market shops. There is a regular fresh produce market, a sports centre, doctors surgery and all necessary amenities you would expect in a vibrant market town.

Within easy driving distance there is a wide range of golf courses including the Nick Faldo designed Chart Hills Golf Club. There are also a whole range of leisure facilities, a number of Michelin-star restaurants and the famous Chapel Down Vineyards. There are plenty of splendid local walks and there’s never a friendly pub too far away. It is 10 miles to the coast and Cinque Ports town of Rye and London is an easy commute.
